meet the hero of our new autumn menu + our latest collaboration, ‘shu’s shiok chicken’. a soulful bowlful straight from the heart of singaporean chef shu han lee. singaporean slang for ‘hits the right spot’, ‘shiok’ is the perfect way to describe shu’s bowl. garlic + herb roasted chicken served on a bed of wagamama coconut + lemongrass dressed rice. topped with lightly pickled slaw + finished with a caramelised lime
